<Job Responsibilities>
- Work as Front Office Supervisor
- Review, analyze & suggest improvement of workflow & standards of Front office work
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer service
- Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel
- Supporting office staff
- Control of front desk tidiness
- Handling complaints and specific customers' requests
- Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Under 35y
・Gender Male
・Having over 3 years' experience in Duty Manager or Senior Front Office Supervisor in Hotel Service or Service Apartment
・Having Experience in City-hotel
・Good command of English - Speaking/Writing/Listening
・Strong problem resolving & customer service skills.
・Good PC Skill
・Strong understand of OTA (Online Travel Agent) system.
・Good knowledge of PMS, INFORE, OPERA, HIS(at least Smile system)
・Having good understanding booking operation system& corporate sales planning
・Have Training skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having more than 3y experience
・Come from foreign operation companies or enterprise is more preferable
・Honest and confidential
・Able to work under pressure
