Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
-  Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Develops and maintains a customer-focused list by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Identifies solutions for customer needs; Generates new leads and converts assigned sales leads generated by marketing or other channels.
- Acquires new customers; Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
- Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs.
- Follows up on quotations with customer and supports in the cash collection of unpaid / overdue invoices for the customers.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any 
・Age: 25~35 years old
・Education: Bachelor's (in Business Administration or equivalent)
・Language: English Business level (communicate with clients; write email and make reports)
・3-5 years working experience in B2B sales in Testing, Inspection, and Certification service or professional Service/ product relating, which has the same customer portfolio.
・High sales skills, including cold-call, presentation, and negotiation, proven track record in sales
・Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area
