Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan. - Develops and maintains a customer-focused list by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc. - Identifies solutions for customer needs; Generates new leads and converts assigned sales leads generated by marketing or other channels. - Acquires new customers; Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits. - Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio. - Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com). - Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs. - Follows up on quotations with customer and supports in the cash collection of unpaid / overdue invoices for the customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25~35 years old ・Education: Bachelor's (in Business Administration or equivalent) ・Language: English Business level (communicate with clients; write email and make reports) ・3-5 years working experience in B2B sales in Testing, Inspection, and Certification service or professional Service/ product relating, which has the same customer portfolio. ・High sales skills, including cold-call, presentation, and negotiation, proven track record in sales ・Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area <Skills and Personalities> ・Having knowledge of Quality assurance ・Can-do and self-starter working attitude ・High problem-solving skills, analytical/ observation, and interpersonal skills; ・Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility; ・Be able to work independently as well as work in a team; ・Be able to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment.
