<Job Responsibilities> ・Vegetable Cultivation and Management - Sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings, and harvesting vegetables - Managing watering, fertilization, and monitoring soil conditions - Preventing and controlling pests and diseases, and ensuring quality - Planning and adjusting cultivation schedules - Support for a farm manager ・Reporting, Communication, and Consultation with Supervisor - Regularly reporting on growth status and work progress - Consulting on issues or problems and confirming countermeasures - Communicating and coordinating work plans and improvement proposals
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: ANY ・Age: 28–35 ・Education: High school or above ・Language: Not required ・Experience & Skills: - Around 2 years of work experience in any industry - Basic PC skills (data input, understanding AutoSum, etc.) - No specialised agricultural skills required, but must be comfortable with farming work - No prior agricultural experience required; training will be provided. ・Personality: - Who can relocate as instructed by the company and live in the designated area. - Who wants to manage and set up a new farm as a manager - A kind and calm personality suits the company culture - Good at observing and maintaining harmony with others - A Motivated individual. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・College Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related major ・Preferably with experience in the agriculture field ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level
