Factory Manager - Manufacturing

● Report to Japanese Manager
● Assigned to HCMC office

● Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Factory
1. Evaluate the employee
2. Purchase the associated parts
3. Do the Quality Control

- Other Task
1. Make the relationship with the Waterworks Bureau
2. Interpret at Client's meeting
3. Establish and maintain good relationship with valued customers

● Essential Requirements
- Experience in working at the factory related to manufacturing more than five years
- Experience in Managing the employee
- Can interpret Japanese to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to Japanese

● Preferable Requirements
- Experienced in living Japanese

● Desirable Character:
- Personality: hardworking, proactive, meticulous, strong-willed, Motivated
