<Job Responsibilities> ・Design building equipment systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) ・Conduct meetings with clients and organize equipment requirements ・Coordinate with architectural design and construction departments ・Prepare and review design documents and drawings ・Manage local design staff and provide technical support ・Support bidding-related tasks ※ Mainly based at headquarters; domestic business trips may be required depending on projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-45 years old ・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Graduation from a 4-year university (high school graduates acceptable depending on experience) ・Language: English - Conversational Level or above (at internal communication level) ・Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in equipment / MEP design <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in equipment design for factories or industrial facilities ・Experience in equipment design for medium-scale or larger buildings ・Building equipment-related certifications or equivalent overseas qualifications ・Experience in design work overseas
