Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage schedule, quality, and safety for building equipment works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) ・Monitor equipment construction progress and report to clients ・Provide technical instructions and coordinate work with local subcontractors ・Review equipment drawings and check construction details ・Coordinate with construction project managers and design departments ・Manage local staff at the site ※ Domestic business trips may be required depending on projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-45 years old ・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Conversational Level or above (able to give instructions and communicate for work) ・Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction management at a construction company or equipment-related company ・Willingness to relocate domestically and travel for business as required <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in equipment construction management for factories or industrial facilities ・Experience in overseas projects or managing local subcontractors
