<Job Responsibilities> - Management and control of molding equipment - Jig repair and setting - Perform improvement and GMP - Coordinate and complete annual audits - Training for staff and molding supervisors. - Prepare preventive maintenance. - Prepare maintenance procedure. - Preparation of documents such as work instructions. - Install machines according to production - Support the production system by managing the placement and performance of machines - Create all 5S, GMP, Kaizen, TPM for improve productivities. - Create SOP, WI… and daily reports
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30 - 38 ・Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical , Electrical ・Language ：English Business ・3 years working experience as engineer position in foreign companies or international groups ・Have knowledge of molding （If have more prefer) ・Have reporting skill ・Soft skill : + Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results + Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques, + Auto CAD, Solid Work... ・ Other : Good computer skills on MS Office, Technical software and drawing, ERP... <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・ Experience working at a foreign company ・ Open minded ・Have good responsible
