Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will be involved in the custom-made manufacturing of electrical equipment installed on ships (such as distribution panels). Depending on your experience and skills, you will be responsible for one or more of the following areas: - Design of electrical equipment for marine applications - Technical support and engineering work during manufacturing and assembly processes - Product inspection and quality verification - Overall project progress management and coordination with related departments (project management) Design, manufacturing, and inspection are carried out collaboratively by in-house teams. The scope of work will be adjusted based on your experience at the time of joining, and you will not be required to handle all tasks alone.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age:25-35 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Graduated from a faculty or department related to Electrical Engineering ・Language: Japanese or English, intermediate level ・Experience: - More than 3 years of experience in electrical equipment design or as an electrical engineer (Especially switchboards and electrical control) - Approximately 3 years or more of continuous employment at one company ・Otherː Those who can work long-term (as it takes time to master the skills of shipbuilding equipment) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in shipbuilding or marine-related equipment ・Experience in both design work and engineering/team management ・Experience in quality control or inspection of electrical equipment ・Work experience in Japan ・Ability to communicate in Japanese in a business/work environment
