<Job Responsibilities> - Regular inspection, repair, and maintenance of factory equipment (production equipment, mechanical/electrical systems) - Troubleshooting electrical equipment issues - Collaboration with various departments - Evaluating purchases of necessary equipment and supplies - Supervision and management of on-site workers - Supporting new equipment commissioning during implementation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Not required (engineering majors preferred) ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any (25-45 years old preferred) ・Foreign Language: Not required ・Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience working in electrical equipment maintenance/inspection <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience with factory production/mechanical equipment ・Leadership experience ・Japanese language skills <Preferred personality> Honest, cooperative, interested in machinery, committed to long-term employment
