Job Description
<Job responsibilities> As a DX Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of manufacturing operations and internal business processes. ・Collaborate with the China factory to understand existing DX projects and localize them for the Vietnamese context ・Design, implement, and improve production management and inventory management systems ・Operate and maintain internal IT infrastructure (networks, PCs, core systems, etc.) ・Define requirements and identify challenges in collaboration with on-site departments (manufacturing and administrative) ・Coordinate with vendors and external partners and manage project progress ・Visualizing business workflows and proposing efficiency improvements ・Expected to play a central role in driving DX at the Vietnam site in the future *Development work is not required, but a solid understanding of systems and vendor management is essential
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27–40 years old ・Language: English Conversational Level or Japanese Conversational Level ・Experience: At least 4 years of experience in developing or implementing operational efficiency systems for the manufacturing industry at a manufacturing company or IT firm <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in system development ・Japanese business level ・Lives in Vinh Phuc <Ideal Candidate> ・Interested in understanding challenges on the manufacturing floor and solving them through IT ・Capable of communicating smoothly with related departments and overseas offices ・Can adapt flexibly to a changing environment ・Can proactively identify issues and propose improvements
