<Job Responsibilities> 1. Set up the section's KPI & make a strategy plan and lead the team to achieve the target 2. Manage all section's jobs & resources (manpower, budget, information, cost, project…etc) 4. Solve critical issues of a section by innovative methods 5. Organize, promote, or cooperate with any related section to deal with the common issue at the company scope. 6. Career development orientation for subordinates. Understand human resources to have a reasonable work arrangement. 7. Innovate, make plans, and promote improvement activities for process problems.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: 35 - 50. Gender: Any - Education: Bachelor's Degree in a major of Engineering - Experience: Have at least 5 years of working experience in Die maintenance of Press/Mold and have at least 1 year of experience in a Manager position. - Knowledge and Skills: + Ability (himself) to analyze and innovate Die of Press & Mold in terms of capacity, quality, productivity, and safety + Specialist in the maintenance of Die in Press & Mold (by himself) - Language: English - Business level and above (can communicate, present, and report to the Japanese Director) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese speaking candidate is preferable
