Job Description
<Job responsibilities> : A) Support the work of our Japanese technical manager for architectural design-related work among the development tasks performed by developers, such as design management, schedule management, budget management, bid management, construction management (quality control, safety management), interior supervision work, etc. B) Support for construction supervision work at project construction sites, etc. (*Construction drawing check, quality control, safety management, etc. as a developer) C) Preparation of various documents, preparation of presentation materials, processing and editing of drawing data (CAD data). D) Prepare documents and reports; develop presentation materials; process and edit drawing files (PDF, AutoCAD) and other design data. E) Communication with project team personnel and participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, installers, consultants, business partners, etc.) *Languages are English and Vietnamese. F) English and Vietnamese interpretation if required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: University graduate or vocational school in architectural technology. ・Gender: Male / Female ・Age: 25-30 years old ・Language: English at Intermediate level ・Experience: - At least 2 years in architectural design <Soft skills> – Analytical thinking, time management, communication, teamwork
