<Job Responsibilities>
- Set up, operate, and evaluate the design department's activities.
- Manage, check drawings, and internal processes in the department
- Plan to implement design projects.
- Implement approved plans
- Train, guide, develop, and evaluate the performance of new and old employees in the design department. Allocate, urge employees to complete assigned work.
- Work with stakeholders, provide information, and ideas to create complete products.
- Advise, support, advise the Head of Department on design projects, work related to design.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Graduated from College and University in Construction/Mechanics major
・Gender: Male
・Language: English business level (good communication)
・Experience: Have 3- 5 years of working experience as Designer/Leaders in designing shutter or doors products
- Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowing how to use BIM is an advantage
- Japanese skills
<Preferable personality>
Ability to work under high pressure, independence, and initiative in completing assigned tasks on time.
