<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns (offline and online).
- Assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor competitor movement by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising, and maintaining research databases.
- Plan and schedule for posting content marketing.
- Prepare marketing content for company social media.
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Education: University Graduation; majored in Marketing or fields related to Marketing.
- Language: English - Business Level.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the Marketing field.
- Priority for candidates with knowledge of marketing and marketing online in the fertilizer and agriculture field.
- Ability to make marketing strategies and programs for sales push-ups.
