Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To handle non-marine claims (Property, Engineering, Liability,…) - To handle other kinds of insurance claims depending on actual requirements. - To handle the coinsurance & reinsurance claims (inward, outward), subrogation recoveries. - To support Division Leader/Managers in statistics and claims management, prepare data for reporting and internal meetings. - To deliver necessary training sessions and seminars to the clients. - To comply with the procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements. - To set appropriate reserves and effect claim payments within the authorized limit and report to authorized persons as required. - To follow up on outstanding claims information and negotiate with claimants for the settlement of the claims. - To keep good communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve greater customer satisfaction claims. - To observe accuracy, completeness, and timeliness when carrying out daily responsibilities. - Other claims documents control and data storage as required.
Job Requirement
<Essential requirements>: - Education: Bachelor's Degree (engineering/technical background is preferred) - Language: English at Business Level - Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the related field and high potential. - Skill/Knowledge • Strong interpersonal communication skills for building and strengthening partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, and for effectively influencing business partners’ perspectives and actions. • Analytical and synthetic ability. • Good soft skills. • Have good discipline and responsibility. • Have time management skills, deploy jobs as planned <Preferred> - Loss adjusting/Claims handling experience is a plus
