Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Build and set up the business operations from scratch (process, vendors, team structure, forwarding system) - Developing new clients and building relationships - Acquire new customers and generate revenue (sea/air/land forwarding) - Providing services that meet client needs - Manage daily forwarding operations and handle customer issues directly - Managing work tasks for team members (approx. 6 members: sales, operations) - Drive business growth with clear KPIs (revenue, GP, customer base) - Troubleshooting in forwarding operations and customer support. - Other improvements and leadership related to strengthening the internal structure
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 35 years old and above ・Gender: Female preferred ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language skills: Business level in English ・Over 7-10 years of managerial experience in the logistics industry, primarily in freight forwarding ・Experience in inland transportation, warehouse management, and related fields. ・Experience in both sales and operations (not only management) ・Strong, extensive experience or knowledge in three types of transportation: air, sea, and land. ・Having an extensive network of customers ・Good understanding of Office operation ・Proven ability to generate business independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in small teams or startup environments is highly preferred ・Having experience in setting up a business ・Good understanding of the Japanese company's culture
