<Job Responsibilities> 1. To manage daily operation of the stores to ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service including but not limited to: - Devise and implement sales and merchandising plans and strategies to achieve sales and profit targets of the department(s); - Manage and motivate sales team to increase sales volume; - Provide training and coaching alongside with HR Dept. to maintain sales service at required level; - Conduct On-The-Job training; to ensure that all staff and promoters provide the highest level of service to customers; adhere to company’s regulations and grooming standards...vv... 2. Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any, from 34 - 45 - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Management or related major. - At least 05-year experience in Retail Business in which at least 03-year experience in Department/ Retail Management in Shopping Mall, MNC is favorable. - Have experience in Luxury Brand as Operation Management. - Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading; - Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook); - In-depth knowledge of the Department’s commodities; - Strong negotiation and problem solving skills; - Hard working, trustworthy and teamwork spirit; - Number-driven and strong management ability; - Being able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays when require
