<Job Responsibilities> - Receiving customers' and agents' inquiries and sending quotations (Air/Sea Export) to customers and agents - Smooth handling all nominated sea/air export shipments as per company's standard operating procedure - Issuance of all necessary shipping documentation - Managing customer service operations for electronic parts distribution - Coordinating with logistics partners for export operations - Processing international shipment documentation and customs requirements - Maintaining customer communication and relationship management - Handling export-related problem resolution and customer support
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - University graduate with major in International Business Administration, Economics, Business English or relevant fields - Proficient in English skill - Have at least 1 year of experience in the Sales Support/ Customer Service position - Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power point, Excel) - Understanding clearly procedures for ocean, air export and import shipment - Strong customer service and problem-solving skills - Good ability of communication, negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility - Ability to work independently with a high level of professional integrity and ethics - Teamwork skills, enthusiasm - Can work under high pressure - Willing to update new regulars & laws related to jobs
