Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the operation/ solve troubles of the network system on a daily basis.
- Design, configure and deploy network devices (LAN, WLAN).
- Respond immediately to security or usability concerns of network/system.
- Manage the operation of PBX system. Co-operate with vendor to fix the problem of PBX
system.
- Support end users in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software incidents users encounter
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,
server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and
verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Make/ maintenance operation/ trouble/ proposal document which meet customer

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree 
・Age: Any
・Language: Japanese or English at Business level 
・Experience:  
• Have experience (at least 2 years) in IT customer service.
• Have experience managing, operating, troubleshooting big troubles.
• Have experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage.
- Job skills:
• Server system:
➢ Deploy/Configure/Monitor/Diagnose/Troubleshoot server software and
hardware problems.
➢ Have knowledge in Windows Server/ Cloud, Hybrid/ Security/ ...
➢ Have knowledge in Domain, File Server…
• IT Infrastructure:
➢ Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment.
➢ Manage and co-operate with vendors to fix IT devices: printer, plotter,
projector, Multifunction devices, TV meeting, PBX, Security door…
• Network system:
➢ Have knowledge in TCP/IP for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network.
• End-User support:
➢ Support end-users (onsite/remote/on phone) to resolve IT related problems.
• Soft skills:
➢ Hardworking, careful, attention to details and willing to learn new things.
➢ Good management, report and documentation skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
➢ Strong problem-solving skills.
➢ Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
