- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Saturday: morning 8am-12pm
JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Vietnamese Manager
- Assigned to Air Freight Department
- Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging shipment from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle all requests from customers
- Booking with airlines and confirm shipments to customers
- Manage daily emails/ phone calls from customers
- Prepare bill of lading and send pre-alert to agents and customers as well
- Cooperate with OPS team and agent for DDP, EXW shipments as pick-up, do customs clearance and other need to met customer requirement.
- Tracing and update schedule to customers.
- Input data into system properly and on time
- Follow instruction and request from Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years in air freight forwarding
- Language: English – communication skill is required
- Able to us MS office such as word, excel, outlook and other applied software
- Take night until 22:00, 1 or 2 days per week.
