Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage the work of assigned departments
・Manage process & work for QA, QC tasks
・Meet the deadline and quality as clients request
・Making quality data for weekly and annual reports
・Responding to quality complaints
・Identify problems in the department and take action for improvement
・Managing ISO systems
・Manage and report on the environmental impact of customer orders through the QMS team
・Other tasks assigned by Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 38 ~ 50
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Business skills in English
・Experience:
- Having 5years of working experience in QC, QA, or QMS departments
- Having working experience using ISO in a Large foreign company.
- Having member management skills.
- Good understanding of QMS, ISO
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good understanding of Japanese company
・Good understanding of plastic products
