<Job Responsibilities> ・Will assigned inner Project Management team ・Work closely with QS unit, Design team, PM team. And sometime work with Marketing team and Operation team ・Preparing, negotiating, finalizing, signing contract(Especially, FIDIC condition) ・Coordinating with other team during tender period and negotiating contract condition before tender awarding ・Contract document management ・Upgrade contract time to time ・Giving advises about construction contract to Construction Dept member ・Other task assigned by Managers <Hiring Schedule> - Expected 1st interview date : 5-6 days after CV screening - How many round interview : 2 times - Expect joining day : Up to Candidate condition
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor Degree- Law or Economic construction Major ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25 - 35 years old ・Having working experience as a Legal Admin or Legal Affairs Consultant in construction or Real Estate or Quantity Survey consultancy company industry more than 3 years ・Language: Upper English Business Level ・Having knowledge about law/regulation in relevant to construction field (Especially, FIDIC condition : FIDIC Red book, green book, white book and Yellow book. ・Willing to go to office by company bus from HCMC <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Be able to work under high pressure, Negotiation and communication skills ・Can handle multi- tasks ・Having working experience in Japanese Real Estate company
