<Job responsibility> - Develop plans, monitor, and drive continuous improvement activities to achieve product KPIs. - Conduct continuous improvement activities on the shop floor. - Drive automation improvement initiatives. - Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improvement activities. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills> - Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher - Age: 45 years old or below - Gender: Male - At least 3 years of management experience in Continuous Improvement / IE Manager position - Good understanding of technical drawings - Strong knowledge of automation - Experience in AutoCAD design - Strong problem-solving skills - Language: Good communication skills in English or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
