Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Develop and execute TikTok channel growth plans: content direction, ideas, scripts, and posting schedule. • Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok; generate creative video ideas and transform them into detailed production scripts (including voice, format, and concept). • Handle end-to-end video production: filming, editing, and optimizing content aligned with audience preferences and platform algorithms. • Manage and grow the company’s TikTok channel, increasing followers and engagement. • Monitor and analyze content performance; propose data-driven optimization solutions. • Participate in TikTok marketing campaigns and support overall communication activities. • Review, evaluate, and edit TikTok content produced by third parties (agencies, KOLs, etc.). • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution. • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English - Intermediate level ・Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in building and developing TikTok channels for companies/brands. (Portfolio links must be attached in CV.) ・Knowledge & Skills • Confident, articulate, and comfortable appearing on camera. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle high workload and meet deadlines. • Presentable appearance with strong communication skills. • Passionate about exploring and creating new trending content on TikTok. <Preferable Experience> ・Good video shooting and editing skills; ability to apply AI tools in content creation is a plus.
