Job Description
<Job purpose> • Lead consulting activities for commercial products in Ho Chi Minh branch territory (including Ho Chi Minh City and 10 auxiliary provinces) to give the company a clear advantage in sales process and ensure buy-in from Consultants and Owners via consulting support activities and client relationship management <Job Responsibilities> • Organize and manage consultant relationship management activities including new consultant development; develop current relationship at executive and decision-making levels via various client engagement activities • Lead consulting support activities for projects through Consultants such as spec in, design support, in house training, seminars to Promote of company products and applications. Follow-up post spec-in together with Project Sales delivery team to ensure sales cycle is captured and followed through by sales teams • Provide technical advice for internal sales departments, most importantly Project Sales team and Developer team, for important decision making relating to projects and owner’s engagement • Organize and develop consulting sales team with a consideration for balance between technical expertise and sales engagement activities • Continuously update with the company's and competitor’s latest specs and provide feedbacks/requests for Vietnam markets to ensure the products are always at a technical and commercial advantage • Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales, Developer Team and Technical support team to work effectively and win projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Age: 37-45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's degree ・Language: English - Business level ・Experience: • At least 8 years of sales experience in Project consulting and at least 5 years of managerial experience in consulting companies or HVAC companies • Solid knowledge of the products, experience on design of air conditioning system and heat load calculation
