<Job objective> Due to an increase in the number of customers requiring Chinese language support, we are seeking to expand our team with a position that handles both interpretation and maintenance duties. The goal is to improve the quality of customer service and strengthen our post-installation support system. <Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for providing interpretation services to Chinese-speaking customers and performing maintenance and repair work on installed equipment. ・Interpretation (Chinese) during meetings with customers and on-site visits ・Supporting communication between internal staff and customers ・Conducting equipment inspections and maintenance at existing customer sites ・Providing initial response to issues and coordinating with the technical department ・Preparing work reports and explaining them to customers *During the initial onboarding period, you will learn the job by accompanying your supervisor and technical staff *For entry-level staff, we provide an environment where you can learn from the basics < Attractive Features of This Role> ・A position where you can utilize both language skills (Chinese) and technical expertise ・An opportunity to play a vital role as a liaison between customers and the field ・Ability to acquire equipment knowledge and maintenance skills through hands-on experience ・Even if you lack experience in certain areas, you can catch up gradually through shadowing and on-the-job training ・Opportunity to build long-term trust by fostering ongoing relationships with customers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Language: Mandarin at Business Level (Equivalent HSK 5) ・Additional requirement: * Junior level: - At least 1 year of professional work experience - Willingness to learn technical skills *Staff level: - At least 3 years of experience in enginner <Preferable Skill / Experience> Work experience in the manufacturing industry or at a trading company <Ideal candidate> ・Candidates who wish to acquire specialized skills while utilizing their language abilities ・Candidates comfortable with on-site work and machinery ・Candidates capable of providing courteous customer service ・Candidates who value communication both within and outside the team ・Candidates who can remain calm and handle situations effectively even when problems arise
