Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will primarily be involved in the following: - Handle customer systems in the process of Quotation, Purchase Order, Logistics document, Payment document - Assist salesmen in handling customers on sales and product inquiries; Maintain good relationships with existing customers - Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve the monthly target; Follow up on incoming sales prospects through email/call - Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business - Follow up on customer quotation through the phone call closely to secure the order - Working with the cross-functional department to make sure you handle customers’ inquiries smoothly. Visiting customers may be required, but limited - Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly) - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education background: College Diploma - Language: Chinese and English - Business Level (in both written and spoken) - Experience & Skills: - 1–2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, sales support, or telemarketing + Ability to work proactively and handle tasks with minimal supervision + High energy, result-oriented mindset + Good communication and negotiation skills; target-driven and customer-focused + Good team player <Preferable Skill / Experience> - 1–2 years of experience using systems such as MRP, SAP, etc. - Experience in Factory Automation or Electric devices (highly preferable) - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, Precision Engineering, or Marketing
