Job Description
• Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams. • Communicate well and build strong relationships with customers and factories, understanding their requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs. • Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. • Cost goods and manage budgets to ensure profitability. • Address and resolve issues related to production, quality, or delivery delays. • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to ensure business operations and sales targets are met. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market change,s and competitor behavior to inform strategic decision-making. • Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate sales activity records.
Job Requirement
・Language: Chinese AND English -Business Level (can communicate with native PIC) ・Experience: - Experience in Merchandising jobs/Production Control in the apparel/garment industry - Experience working with Chinese customers and factories in Vietnam or China ⁻ Extensive knowledge of the apparel industry - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently - Good communication skills ⁻ Skills to deeply understand the clothing production process and develop relationships with customers <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience as a merchandiser for a mass-produced overseas brand ・Knowledge about quality for overseas markets ・Extensive experience working with Chinese factories ・Having Japanese skills
