Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Quality Management and Control: - Develop and implement quality assurance processes and policies for the entire garment manufacturing process. - Monitor the entire production process from raw materials to finished products to ensure consistent quality and manage all quality control activities. - Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages. - Ensure the quality of raw materials and accessories meets mandatory standards. 2. Problem Solving: - Identify and proactively resolve quality issues. - Handle customer complaints related to product quality. 3. Documentation and Reporting: - Provide interpretation support during communication and meetings, and during expert/customer visits to the factory. - Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control reports. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports. - Document any deviations from quality standards. 4. Auditing and Inspection: - Coordinate and support internal and external quality audits. - Ensure products are inspected at critical stages (on-line, end-of-line, pre-shipment) and meet specifications before shipment.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Any ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field) ・Language: Mandarin - Business Level ・Experience: - Have QC process experience in the garment or fashion industry. - Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, experience in Outer/Down quality management. - Attention to detail: Ability to detect minor defects and assess overall product quality. - Experience working with Chinese clients. ・Residing in Ben Tre or able to stay in the factory dormitory. ・Able to travel to China
