Job Description
- Financial planning, implementation and monitoring of financial activities, budget control. - Conduct financial analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business. - Planning the financial strategy of the Enterprise. - Develop a reasonable profit sharing policy. - Ensure that the assets of the Enterprise are controlled and used in a reasonable and profitable way. - Check and supervise the implementation of credit limit granted to customers - Review, evaluate, test and analyze forecasts of financial and accounting activities of departments, contracts and projects. - Monitor the handling of non-conforming goods for purchased goods and make decisions on non-conforming goods for irreparably damaged goods. - Organize inspection and testing of purchased goods. - Make plan and control all the activities of the department. - Conduct department management reviews of the Quality System at the department. - Prepare and submit quality improvement requirements to the company. - Plan and implement department-level training activities. - Report to the Director periodically once a month on the status of task performance and regularly report promptly when necessary to ensure that production and business activities are not stagnant and damaged. - Work closely with the Directors, members of the Board of Directors of the Company, with the activities of the Business Units and closely within the Company. - Perform authorized tasks in the absence of the Director.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education : Bachelor's Degree in majors that relate to Accounting and Finance - Gender : any - Age : 30 - 45 - Language : Chinese at Business level and English at basic level - Experience : + Having at least 5 years of working experience at same position at any industry. + Use proficiently MISA and SAP softwares. + Having Chief Accountant certificate + Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and customs laws + Experienced in making customs report, post-customs clearance inspection, tax finalization, tax refund, audit.
