Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1) Assume the duty of clerical and administrative works to assist MD - Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda; arrange new meetings and appointments for Managing Director and Coordination with HODs (Head of Departments) of all teams for meetings. - Preparing and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms and distributing information to other Departments if any; - Filing and updating contact information of customers, suppliers, and external partners. - Preparing and facilitate the completion of regular reports. - Preparing and maintain a filing system (MD’s stuff); - Making travel arrangements; business trip expenses upon request. 2) Assist for Expats - Approval preparations and reports. - Other tasks and general affairs assigned by MD and HR&GA Senior Manage
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Female only - Age: 24 - 30 - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree - Experience: Have at least 2 years of working experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. - Language: English - Business Level and Chinese - Business Level - Others: + Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques. + High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. + Integrity; patience and ability to work under pressure; + Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint reports. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge in Accounting is a plus
