Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Work with the sales team to support customers - Understand new products and products tailored to customer specifications - Research product features and receive training before implementation - Set up products according to customer needs and provide instructions on how to use them - Support for trial implementation and reporting of any defects - Check the customer's situation after implementation and report on it. - Regular customer follow-up - Visit customers in the southern suburbs - Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager * After joining the company, you will receive OJT (on-the-job training).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Language skills: Business Level in Chinese and English ・Has good communication skills and a Good understanding of working with the team. ・Has knowledge of working in a Japanese company in a business manner ・Can go on a business trip to the southern area in VN ・Personality: - Have a sense of responsibility - Have a communication skills - Has a solid impression <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・CDD has 2-3 years working experience as an Application engineer ・Good understanding of Robotic machines ・Knowledge of manufacturing business and plastic molding (Big Plus) ・Build relationships with customers
