Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure project operations comply with standards, including daily activities and system maintenance. - Plan and conduct system checks, assess conditions, and recommend solutions. - Manage fire safety documents and inspections, ensuring full legal compliance. - Coordinate with authorities (fire-fighting, environmental agencies, etc.) and arrange required fire-safety training. - Review and approve contractors’ drawings and construction requests. - Prepare annual and monthly budgets for system operations and maintenance. - Report and resolve urgent issues affecting technical systems. - Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics engineering, or related fields ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum 3 years as Chief Engineer in apartment buildings. ・Certifications in Construction, Electrical Engineering, or Water Systems for apartment buildings are a plus. ・Proficient in Microsoft Office. ・Strong communication, information management, problem-solving, team leadership, planning, and operational optimization skills.
