Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> This project will primarily involve designing architectural drawings for a Japanese-owned factory. - Create and revise architectural, electrical, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD and BIM - Update drawings based on design changes or actual site conditions as instructed - Collaborate with team leaders and construction managers to share and confirm drawing-related information - Respond to drawing revision requests from subcontractors and business partners - Review drawings for accuracy and consistency to ensure project deliverables meet the required schedule - Conduct occasional site visits to verify that drawings match actual construction conditions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Language: Able to communicate in English (daily conversational English is sufficient) - Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a CAD Operator using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or BIM (mandatory) - Willing to work at the project site <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience using BIM software such as Revit is preferred - Experience working for a Japanese general contractor is preferred
