Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- New Business Development:
+ Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
+ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs, market trends, and competition.
+ Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to generate new business opportunities.
+ Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively managing leads through the sales cycle.

- Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
+ Conduct effective sales presentations and service demonstrations to showcase our web app production and digital marketing services.
+ Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Partnership Development:
+ Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
+ Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand the network and build brand visibility.

- Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
+ Utilize CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
+ Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
+ Regularly review and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

•	Having from 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales in marketing agencies, preferably in the web app production and digital marketing service industry.
•	Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
•	Excellent knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and tools.
•	Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•	Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
•	Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
•	Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
•	Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.
•	Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
