JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnam Country Manager
§ Assigned to Publisher Engagement Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Provide online publisher partners with excellent and timely service and technological advice to implement advertising
- Check volume and negotiate on prices to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces online
- Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers to improve performance
- Develop strong and effective relationships with Advertiser Engagement Department
- Keeping up to date with industry research figures and trends
- Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
- Ensure to meet the revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to publisher partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Good command of English
- Experience in Digital Marketing industry for 2+ years
- Have good connection with publishers
- Familiar with startup culture
- Result-oriented with a passion for work
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with good sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Logical and data-oriented
- Independent, self-motivated and a quick learner
- Should have an understanding of the online advertising industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment
- Energetic and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities
- Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical
- A team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and professional demeanour is essential
- Flexibility to work in a rapidly-changing and sales-focused environment
- Knowledgeable in the online digital industry
- Can communicate with clients via multiple communication methods including in person
