<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility for Facility Maintenance and Management
・Supervise equipment management plan for office building
・Checking construction, interior works and drawings (mainly MEP, such as Electrical, Drainage, Air conditioning)
・Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 45 years old
・Having working experience as a MEP Manager or Chief Engineer in Construction company over 5 years
・Language: Japanese Upper Business Level (N2 holder) or English Upper Business level
・Having knowledge of Drawing of Equipment, Facility
・Having experience of Building Maintenance(Electrical, Drainage, Air conditioning)
