Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement branch operation strategies in line with company direction and targets. - Manage all branch operations, including Logistics and Operation (Ocean/Air), ensuring efficiency, service quality, and cost control. - Lead and develop branch staff through task assignment, performance evaluation, training, and succession planning. - Ensure compliance with laws, internal regulations, and operational risk control. - Prepare periodic reports on branch performance and propose improvement solutions to the General Director - Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. ・Gender: Any ・Age: Over 38 years old ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry + Strong knowledge of logistics processes, freight forwarding, cost control, operational KPIs, and risk management + Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions
