<Job Description> 1.1 Recruitment • Develop and implement recruitment plans for both Head Office and Store positions. • Manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, interviewing, offering, onboarding, and employee integration. • Build and maintain candidate databases and a network of potential talent. • Propose and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business direction and manpower plan. • Maintain and expand both internal and external recruitment channels; enhance the company's employer branding. • Conduct training or coaching sessions on recruitment skills for related staff or stores when necessary. • Propose or participate in the improvement of recruitment policies and procedures. 1.2 Training & Internal Communication • Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new employees. • Support the development of annual training plans and staff skill enhancement programs. • Organize internal communication activities, employee events, and teambuilding programs to strengthen engagement. 1.3 Customer Service • Coordinate with related departments to ensure a positive customer experience at stores. • Respond to customer complaints and cooperate with the Sales Department to provide timely and appropriate solutions. • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management. 1.4 HR Support • Cooperate with GA and C&B teams when required. • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in large-scale chain businesses (F&B, Retail, E-commerce). + Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent planning and time management abilities. + Willing to travel for business when required. + High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset. - Can go on a business trip to provinces - Have good communication and negotiation skills - Obtain skills in MS Office of Word, Excel, and PPT <Preferred> - Japanese language ability is a plus (not mandatory).
