Job Description
<Job Duties> This position belongs to the Quality Assurance (QA) Department and will be responsible for the following tasks: ・Manage the progress of the evaluation department ・Manage product trends using SPC ・Investigate the causes of abnormal products and work with the Production Department to propose corrective measures ・Approve COA ・Respond to customer product requests ・Prepare and edit inspection process reports ・Manage equipment calibration ・Allocate manpower ・Report inspection results to related departments ・Support the development of QMS (quality management system)
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience> ・Education: University graduate ・Age: under 40 ・Gender: any ・Foreign language: Japanese level N2 or higher (can read, write and prepare reports in Japanese) ・Experience: Over 2 years of experience in managing a product quality evaluation department - Has management experience <Priority> ・Candidates with experience or knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF ・Candidates who are living in Thai Binh or have the ability to move to Thai Binh
