Job Description
<Job Description> - Oversee, coordinate, and take responsibility for business operations in the assigned areas - Negotiate with partners and implement the opening of new outlets in the assigned region - Search for and establish relationships with potential customers (distributors, agents, etc.) - Manage the network of showrooms within the assigned area - Organize sales activities in the designated region - Supervise and support sales supervisors to expand market coverage - Assist the Marketing Department in implementing sales programs in the region - Participate in developing business development programs, sales policies, and incentive schemes - Plan sales strategies and policies (short-term and long-term) for the assigned area - Collect market information related to the company’s and competitors’ products and services - Coordinate with relevant departments in contract negotiation, execution, and resolution of related issues with clients - Prepare daily and weekly reports, and short-term & long-term planning for the assigned region.
Job Requirement
<Required Experience> ・Education: University/ College graduate ・Language: English – Business Level ・Experience: - At least 3 years of sales experience for visible products - Having team management experience <Preferred Skills> - FMCG or stationery sales experience
