<Job Responsibilities> ・Handle all aspects of architectural design work ・Conduct meetings with clients and organize project requirements ・Prepare and revise design documents and drawings ・Coordinate with construction teams and share design intent ・Manage local design staff and provide technical support ・Support bidding-related tasks ※ Mainly based at headquarters; domestic business trips may be required depending on projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 28-45 years old ・Gender: Male Preferred ・Education: Graduation from a 4-year university (high school graduates acceptable depending on experience) ・Language: English - Conversational Level or above (at internal communication level) ・Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in architectural design <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience designing buildings with a total floor area of 2,000㎡ or more ・Experience in factory or industrial facility design ・Architectural-related certifications or equivalent overseas qualifications ・Experience working overseas or in multinational teams
