Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, seamless onboarding/offboarding/termination processing, and timekeeping management.
• Support employee training, development initiatives, and the implementation of office policies and procedures.
• Execute full-cycle payment processing: verify billing, record data, and ensure timely submission to Accounting.
• Manage, update, and digitize company databases, filing systems, and administrative documents/reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate workflows/system improvements to enhance productivity.
• Oversee office supply procurement, inventory, and distribution to optimize operational costs.
• Supervise facility maintenance, office layout planning, and IT infrastructure in coordination with vendors.
• Support calendar management, meeting coordination, and comprehensive business travel arrangements.
• Assist the Admin Leader in departmental projects and execute other administrative duties as assigned to ensure business continuity.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiar with cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal departments.
• Proactive attitude with analytical thinking and critical decision-making skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
・Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting is a plus
