Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Purchase project and office supplies • Check payment request/ extension of suppliers • Booking a hotel, air ticket, and restaurant for managers • Manage and arrange car schedules for the project and the office • Make Fund Statement report for PJ and office + update into Cloudia system • Send reports to Head Office as requested: Receive money from client, Payment order,.. • Prepare contract + payment documents for Clients • Check contract + payment documents for Subcontractors • Follow labor contracts + make time sheet + control Annual leave days • Follow and renew work permits/temporary residence cards/ visa for managers • Open new projects account and support Accouting team close projects • Other related tasks are assigned by managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: From 1993 to 1998 ・Gender: Female ・Education: Business Administrator, Human Resources, Accounting ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Experienced as Admin with basic knowledge in Tax, contracts (labor contracts, service contracts, subcontractors...) and experienced working with government departments. ・Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having worked in a Japanese company is an advantage
