Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Monitor, compare, and report to the department head the detailed import and export situation of the actual warehouse and the warehouse on the Company's sales software to ensure the accuracy of quantity, type, and delivery time. • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle differences (if any) arising during the goods circulation process, including verifying the cause and proposing appropriate handling directions. • Ensure the delivery and receipt process complies with standards, avoiding loss or shortage of goods. • Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports. • Manage and control import and export documents at stores and offices according to procedures. • Periodically and suddenly conduct inventory of warehouses, fixed assets, and tools, stationery… as required by superiors. • Monitor and implement the process of returning goods from stores to warehouses. • Compare data between the system, documents, and actual delivery. • Record invoices for goods purchased during the period. • Check and compare the cost of goods sold. • Record, comparing fixed assets, tools, and equipment at the office and store. • Coordinate stocktaking party to provide, check, reconcile data, make a schedule, and make a report after stocktaking. • Arrange and store documents according to regulations. • Other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: under 33y ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/Auditing/Finance ・Language: At least English - Conversational Level (Mainly reading & writing) ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the field of inventory management, warehouse reconciliation, or equivalent position, priority given to those who have worked in the consumer goods and cosmetics industry. - Priority is given to candidates with experience in retail and logistics. - Good data analysis and processing skills - Proficient in Excel and warehouse management software. ・Soft Skills: Logical thinking, careful, and meticulous in work <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Given to candidates with experience in retail and logistics.
