<Job Responsibilities>
- Establishing a management system for internal accounting operations
- Managing payments and expenses
- Cost accounting and inventory management related to production
- Management of factory assets
- Preparation of monthly accounting and financial reports
- Handling other requested tasks
*Initially, there will be no subordinates; this position will handle both management and operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Conversation Level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of practical accounting experience
- Candidates with working experience in a factory environment
- Candidates who can handle cost accounting and inventory management (Currently outsourced)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Chief Accountant certificate is preferred but not mandatory
・Or plan to obtain the Chief Accountant qualification in the future.
・Having Japanese skills
・Can work multitasking
・Work with a sense of responsibility.
・Can work flexibly
