Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
■ Accounting Operations
   - Handle accounting transactions related to purchases of raw materials, goods, fixed assets, and services
   - Record and manage various accounting transaction data
■ Payment Operations
   - Handle domestic and overseas payment transactions
   - Manage payment schedules
■ Cash Flow Management
   - Prepare monthly expense budgets
   - Manage cash flow allocation and financial planning
■ Loan Management
   - Manage overseas loans
   - Handle loan repayment operations
■ Others
   - Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

   - サービス購入に関する会計処理 各種取引データの記録・管理 
■ 支払業務 
   - 国内外の支払い業務対応 
   - 支払スケジュール管理 
■ 資金管理業務 
   - 月次費用予算の作成 
   - キャッシュフロー配分および資金計画管理 
■ 借入金管理業務 
   - 海外借入金の管理 
   - 借入金返済対応 
■ その他 
   - 上司から指示されたその他関連業務対応

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 45 years old.
- Education: Graduate from a college-level program or above.
- Language: Japanese or English - Intermediate Level  (Equivalent to N3)
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in accounting in any manufacturing company. 
- Others: 
     - Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.).
     - Ideal Candidate: A person with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Priority for candidates currently living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh.
- Living in Bien Hoa (over 20 km from the company) qualifies for company shuttle service on designated routes.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, able to work independently.
