Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Daily, compare invoice data from the store's sales software synchronized through the accounting software, with data recorded by the Tax Authority. • Handle related errors, if any, such as issuing replacements, adjusting invoices... • Check, compare, and issue VAT invoices for services such as discounts, promotional support programs, and suppliers. • Track, compare, and offset debts with discounts, promotional support... • Work with the purchasing department to collect discounts and promotional support on time. • Record related accounts in the software, such as other income, revenue... • Compare service invoices with the Tax Authority system. • Support the comparison, checking, and data entry of purchase invoices from suppliers. • Record general and administrative and sales expenses into accounting software. • Monitoring and checking the cost of membership cards and vouchers. • Reconciling revenue from Payoo, cash... of the store. • Keeping documents according to regulations. • And other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Experience and good understanding of accounting and tax operations. ・Skills Required: • Ability to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment. • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Good communication skills, resourcefulness, and a positive work attitude. • Ability to read, understand, and write English, Microsoft Office skills, and accounting systems/software. <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Priority is given to those with a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance. • Priority is given to those with more than 02 years of experience in in the retail/pharmacy industry.
