Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Make a delivery plan for customers. • Control PO from the customers and closely work with the customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements. • Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any) • Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers. • Control & manage NG & replace to customers • Be responsible for placing POs to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company. • Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sales team, purchase materials per the purchasing procedure and the company’s policies. • Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly. • Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Qualification: University graduate with a related major such as: Logistics, International Business, Business Administration - Experience: Having 1 - 2 years of experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics, particularly in the Plastics or Chemical fields. - Language: English - Business Level - Others: + Hard-working, responsible, and reliable person + Ability to work under high pressure and work overtime. + Computer skills (MS Office, Internet), <Preferred skill/experience> - SAP knowledge is an advantage.
