<Job Responsibilities>
- Welcome and greet all visitors/guests, arrange meeting rooms, and necessary items
- Handle incoming phone calls, documents, and deliver to the appropriate department
- Arrange, send, track, and receive parcels, samples, documents, and hand over to the mentioned person as required
- Support in recruitment activities: follow the schedule, welcome candidates…
- Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager of the GA Dept.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ HR… or related fields;
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 1 year of experience as Receptionist / Admin (fresher is acceptable);
- Good at communication skill & sales assistance skill; Computer skills.
